Frequently Asked Questions
Where can you ship?
We are able to offer our low prices by not having a warehouse with pre-made products sitting waiting to be bought. This also enables us to ship globally and customize easily at the time of the order. Shipping to continental US And Canada is $500+ a pallet and can take up to 30-45 days to arrive depending on where you are located. Due to the shipping industry irregularities we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date but we will work with you to backwards plan if you need delivery by a specific date. Typically shipping to locations in US and Canada take around 4 weeks and requires a freight forwarding service to deliver the large pallet(s). Contact us for a custom shipping quote.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within the first 36 hours after of delivery. We cannot pay for return shipping but we can give refunds. Please refer to our complete Return Policy.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we guarantee all parts for the first year. This doesn’t include damage due to misuse or damage caused by assembly missteps. But we strive to make things right with our customers, so reach out if you have any issues. *Harvia electric stoves not included as they come with their own manufacturer warranty from Harvia.
How do I assemble my sauna?
Before delivery, you will need a pad to put the sauna on that is not touching the ground. This can be a deck, concrete or gravel space. This is required to ensure your wood does not sit in wet soil and rot.
Second, you will need to ensure your electrical connection (if you plan to have an electric sauna heater) is compatible with your heater. Most sauna heaters require a 240V plug connection. We recommend speaking to a local electrician ahead of delivery.
When your sauna is delivered, it will be offloaded from the truck via forklift. It is a large pallet that contains prebuilt walls and pieces for you to assemble. This can be done using typical household tools but we do think a power drill will come in handy to make things a bit quicker. Your sauna will come with a video of our team test assembling your exact sauna before we ship to you. Here is an example of a recent video made for a customer.
Our sauna kits do have electrical components for the lights and heater at minimum. We recommend having your electrician do this part of the assembly to ensure everything is correctly set up and also to ensure your heater is compatible with your electrical system.
Can I order a more customized dome or sauna?
Yes absolutely. We can work with you on a custom quote for larger or smaller sizes, different colors, add-ons like more windows, skylights, wood stove, etc.
Can your domes / bathroom withstand typical 4 seasons weather?
Absolutely. Our standard domes and outdoor bathroom can reliably weather heavy rain storms, snow storms, and hot sunny days with strong UV. Similar to fully built homes, we cannot fully prevent damage from severe tornados and hurricanes.
Our domes include:
An anchor system to attach the dome to your platform
A thick insulation layer to prevent heat and cold temperature transfer.
UV resistant PVC shell
Glass and aluminum entry door to ensure a weathertight seal at the entrance
