Returns, Refunds, Shipping & Warranty Policy Summary

At Tanari Earth, we build custom products made specifically for each client. Please review the information below before placing an order.

Custom Orders

  • All Tanari Earth products are custom-built to order

  • All sales are final

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed

Lead Times & Delivery

  • We provide best estimates for build and delivery timelines (typically 3–4 months)

  • Shipping, freight, and customs delays are outside our control

  • Delays alone do not qualify for refunds

Six-Month Delivery Window

  • We have up to six (6) months from order confirmation to deliver your product

  • If your product has not arrived after six months, you may request a conditional refund review

  • Approved refunds may exclude non-recoverable costs such as custom fabrication, materials, shipping, or customs fees

Delivery Inspection

  • Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival

  • Any damage or missing items must be reported within 72 hours with photo or video documentation

Warranty & Care

  • We provide a one (1) year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use

  • Natural wood movement, weathering, and cosmetic changes are normal and not considered defects

  • Ongoing care and maintenance are required to protect your investment

Commercial & Hospitality Use

  • Unless expressly agreed to in writing, Tanari Earth products are sold for residential use only

  • Commercial, hospitality, spa, gym, or short-term rental use voids the residential warranty

  • Commercial installations require separate written approval and warranty terms

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, submitting payment, or accepting delivery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to Tanari Earth’s Returns, Refunds, Shipping & Limited Warranty Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith mediation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in California, as detailed in the full policy.

Reservations Policy

Effective Date: Dec 27, 2025

Glamping Payments and Cancellations

Customers put a deposit of 50% the total stay at time of booking and must clear payment on the remainder at least 7 days ahead of check-in. If booking less than 30 days ahead, cancellations are non-refundable. Customers can cancel with a full refund 30 days in advance of check-in date.

If second payment has not been made and a non-refundable cancellation occurs, guest’s credit card will be charged for the remainder at the time of cancellation.

If guest checks-in and notices something is not as described, they will immediately call / text host to make host aware. Host will issue full or partial refunds at their discretion.

Reservations

All reservations must include guests legal name, phone number and email. Reservations must list the true number of guests.

House Rules during Tanari Dome Stay

Please note that all rules must be followed at the risk of immediate cancellation at host’s discretion.

No smoking or fire of any kind (except in the provided fire pit) is allowed due to wildfire risk.

Propane tank knobs should be turned to the “OFF” position when not in use.

Pets are not allowed on site.

Hunting is not allowed on site.

Weapons are not permitted on the premises including guns, hunting knives, tasers, etc.

Guests may not access the contents of the two blue shipping containers onsite unless host gives permission.

Guests must be aware that there is a porta potty onsite that is serviced twice a week and cleaned on the surface before each new guests checks in. Service provider at times may come early in the morning to service the porta potty, but does not enter the site beyond the bathroom unit.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and accessibility safety including stepping up to the platform, walking to the bathroom at night, etc. Headlamps and flashlights are encouraged for safety walking around the site at night.

Guests may not invite anyone to the site who is not on the reservation. No parties or events are allowed to be held at the site.

If a Guest causes damage to the property, Host will send an invoice by email for guest to pay for damages to be fixed. Host will leverage local court system if guests do not remit payment after 30 days.
